At the end of last year 2016, the Malaysian development company, Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), purchased prime real estate in District 12, along the Kallang River.
Now, they are well on their way to developing their brand new condominium, Jui Residences Serangoon Road on the property. Its prime real estate along the river, as well as the ideal location placing the condominium perfectly between the city and commercial and recreational areas, Jui Residences is gaining much at attention from interested investors and potential residents alike.
It should come as no surprise, then, as the development nears completion, that SDB has announced early registration tempting many to commit to what will be the beautiful Jui Residences SDB condominiums.

As mentioned above, the plot of land sits at 1177 Serangoon Road along the Kallang River in District 12. SDB purchased the lot from the National Aerated Water Company, a soda pop manufacturer and bottling company, which closed in the 1990’s.
The site has approximately 31,706 sq ft of land but will be able to yield approximately 88,775 sq ft of floor area, based on a 2.8 plot ratio. With this kind of space, SDB is set to produce an estimated 117 apartments of approximately 754 sq ft each for their Jui Residences condo complex.
