Hi all, I am renting out the other common room (with shared bathroom).

I am residing overseas and always in-between countries and barely ever in Singapore maybe for a few weeks, once every few months. Basically, it is like you're living on your own.

There's a live-in helper who keeps the house clean and will continue to maintain it while you're living there. She is there for basic cleaning ONLY.

Prefer professionals, who enjoy peaceful tranquility and does not cause too much trouble. Most importantly, someone who wants a home.

No demanding, princess-wannabes. I don't have time for all of this.
