Our apartment is at 281 Telok Kurau, Lorong M.
A four storey low rise private apartment surrounded by landed properties. It is a very tranquil and peaceful neighbourhood.
There are three bedrooms: one Master and two common rooms. We are looking for a tenant to take over the master bedroom.
Currently two professional female are living in the two common rooms.
Our ideal tenant is a female professional just like us. However, couples are also welcome.
- No landlord living in. We have complete freedom. Rent is $1100/month, excluding utilities which averages about $100/month. We have a cleaning lady come once every two weeks to clean all the rooms. If you are a couple, then we divide utility cost by 4.
- we are all friendly people who are considerate and respectful toward each other.
-our apartment is within walking distance to east coast park, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores and gym.
-many buses can bring you to downtown in 25 min sites, such as Suntec city, City Hall etc. Eunos, Paya Lebar MRT is also a few bus stops away.
